Glowing Mummas, support parents from pregnancy to early days with baby in the first year.
The baby classes offer fun, interactive and age-appropriate activities for little ones under one and include baby massage, baby yoga and sensory classes.
Antenatal classes provide you with quality education, mindful support & community. I am judgement-free & I encourage people from all walks of life to attend my classes. I also work hard to ensure my courses are relevant, interactive & up to date, as well as being down to earth so we can always have a giggle
Each class offers the chance to chat & socialise with other parents.

Iām an Antenatal & Postnatal educator. I am passionate that you should get the education & support you need in pregnancy, birth, the fourth trimester & within your first year with baby. I incorporate this ethos into my classes.
