First Aid for Parents and Carers
Be prepared for those little ups and downs and complete a mini First Aid session in one of our open sessions. Or hold a First Aid For Parent sessions at home! Why not put the kids to bed, invite some friends and family over and learn first aid?

These open classes or home sessions are a must have for anyone that looks after a baby or child. Covering baby/child CPR, baby/child unconsciousness, baby/child choking, burns, head injuries, temperatures and seizures, meningitis and croup. Helping you deal with life's little dramas.

Tie a sling, bandage a head, treat a cut or putting someone into the recovery position – it’s these and other little but important things that can make all the differenceDesigned to teach children lifesaving skills to children from the age of 4 to 11 years old. This course which as well as being a great confidence builder, will leave them equipped to deal with life’s little dramas.

Workplace Courses and Early Years Professionals
Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid (1 Day – 6 hours)
Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (2 Days –fulfils the current EYFS/Ofsted requirements)
Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work
Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work
Level 2 Award in Automated External Defibrillator and Basic Life Support

Yearly 2 hour Refresher Training - Staff holding a KeepaBeat certificate can attend any local First Aid For Parents session once per year for the duration of their certificate for FREE.
