Teaching parents and pre-school children (age 3-5) positive mindfulness and mindset techniques in a fun and innovative way.
Building courage and resilience, understanding feelings and emotions and promoting inner calm, happiness and self awareness. Enabling children to self regulate their responses and filling their tool box with skills for life!
We teach through; Guided meditation, stories, games, music, props - an interactive, engaging session. Every child will leave with a superpower that they can use straight away!
Learning together, enabling parent education too so that they can support their MiniMe to embed the superpower by practicing at home too.
We also offer digital products to support schools, parents & teachers - see website www.minimemindfulness.co.uk
A MiniMe Mindfulness Journal is provided at the start of each course to support children to communicate, getting thoughts out of heads and onto paper. Plus creating daily habits which will serve them for life.
