An ideal way for parents and their children to have fun and get fitter together.
*Exclusively for parents/carers/family friends and their children age 7+.
*The music is a mix of party anthems from the 90's to the latest hits and Halloween themed.

There will be 30 minutes at the beginning for soft play fun whilst gettting ready to glow with face paints and then a 45 minute family clubbercise session! Glow sticks provided. Please feel free to get into the spirit and wear as much neon and lets GLOW TOGETHER!!

Meet Springz Fitness Classes
Springz Fitness Classes is run by a fully trained fitness instructor - Gemma - also the owner of Just Play. Usually running adult fitness classes in the evening - Broadway boogie, Clubbercise and Rebounder. Also running special sessions during the school holidays to include children, bringing families together to have fun and exercise together.
