Baby Yoga has so many benefits and is great fun for both you and your baby. The classes include a little stretch first for mums leading into a fun dry massage routine for the babies and then our baby yoga routine, consisting of a range of baby exercises (with lots of lovely songs!) such as gentle stretching, swings, dips and movements to help babies strengthen core muscles, aid balance and develop coordination. Many of the moves can also help strengthen the digestive system aiding digestion, wind and colic, digestion. Then at the end of each session there is a relaxation sequence for mothers and babies which is just beautifully relaxing.

Meet Joanna Miller
I am a mummy to two lovely little girls and I love being able to support other mums on their journey through pregnancy and being a parent. It was after I experienced the incredible benefits from pregnancy yoga throughout both of my pregnancies, and then baby massage and baby yoga classes, that I decided to become a MamaBabyBliss Teacher. I qualified in 2011 and love teaching and sharing valuable skills with other parents. I fully understand how special becoming a parent is, but also from personal experience how it isn’t always easy.
