Classes are designed for your baby to experience the wonderful sensory world that the water can bring, and can provide them with many physical and developmental benefits. PreSchool classes create a safe and happy learning environment, where they can explore, develop and learn. Lessons are delivered to nurture positive experiences with you in the pool that can bring them a lifelong love of the water.
Baby lessons begin with a focus on relaxation, floating, and gentle movements, giving your little one the basis for all their future swimming achievements. As they progress through the programme, more active skills, movements and activities are added, and we begin to add the building blocks to achieve those first splashes, swims and jumps into the water!
We also offer Classes for Ages 4 years upwards and adult lessons!
