Capoeira is a Brazilian art form which combines martial arts, dance and music. It is characterised by powerful kicks, sweeps and acrobatics, but accompanied with instruments and songs.
Capoeira practitioners develop a great sense of strength, flexibility, self-esteem, playfulness, discipline, resilience, as well as respect for themselves and others. Hence why it is recommended for both adults and children. Join one of our classes in Portsmouth, Southampton or Bournemouth, or request a workshop!
